We have a three-day return policy, which means you only have three (3) days, after receiving your item, to request a return. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to return the receipt and/or proof of purchase.
To request for a return or exhange, you may contact us at email@example.com. Please take a photo of your item and email it together with the description as to why you are requesting for the return. If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
